- Team Leader – Collections | Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Location: Noida sector 3
- Experience: 2–3 Years in Tele-Collections
- Team: Manage 15–25 Collection Executives
- Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC + Performance KPI
- Job Type: Full-time | On-site
- ALL ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW WILL BE VIRTUAL
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team productivity, calls & daily targets
- Achieve loan recovery targets
- Monitor PTP and conversion
- Conduct huddles, call audits & barge-ins
- Handle escalated customer calls & settlements
- Ensure RBI-compliant and ethical collection practices
- Maintain daily recovery reports in MS Excel
- Requirements:
- Team Leadership & Negotiation Skills
- Loan Recovery / Fintech / NBFC experience
- Good knowledge of PTP, buckets & settlements
- MS Excel & Dialer knowledge
- Hindi & English communication skills
