Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff who will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive strategic marketing initiatives, business performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of marketing, business analytics, and strategic thinking, who can convert insights into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to drive marketing strategy and execution priorities
• Own business reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
• Analyze marketing performance across channels and identify growth opportunities
• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and business intelligence frameworks
• Translate data into strategic recommendations and execution plans
• Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product teams
• Support leadership in decision-making, planning, and performance tracking

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, business analytics, consulting, or strategy roles
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and customer acquisition
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

• Candidates from top-tier institutes (IIMs / equivalent)
• Prior experience in founder's office / EIR / strategy / consulting roles
• Preferred from Consumer / D2C / FMCG / Retail businesses
• Exposure to start-up environments or high-growth companies
