Famyshine - National Sales Manager/Offline Sales Head - General Trade

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Offline Sales for Garsoaps, to lead and scale our offline business across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Key Accounts. The role will own the offline sales strategy, revenue growth, distribution expansion, and channel excellence to drive sustainable and profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end offline business across GT (primarily), MT, and other channels to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Drive distribution expansion and channel profitability through a strong distributor network, effective trade investments, and optimized pricing.
• Lead Modern Trade and Trade Marketing by managing key accounts, commercial negotiations, merchandising, and channel activations.
• Own sales planning, forecasting, and go-to-market execution to consistently achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with strong governance, KPI-driven execution, and leadership development.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) industry.
• 12+ years of strong experience in sales across various channels, GT, MT.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across markets.
