91United is committed to improving the financial well-being of gig workers by providing essential services, including tax filing assistance, partner retention programs, and direct support. Were looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute meaningfully to these impactful initiatives.

About the Role:

At 91United, we are creating real impact by enhancing the experience of gig workers and integrating them into the financial ecosystem. As a Venture Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in improving gig worker engagement, developing new service offerings, and ensuring that our platform remains data-driven, efficient, and impactful. Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation: Assist in the design and launch of new services, such as loans, government schemes, and retention-focused programs.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Connect with gig worker datasets, analyze their pain points, retention trends, and financial behaviors, and use insights to shape future strategies.
• Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the internal team to streamline execution, track impact metrics, and optimize service delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with tech, strategy, and partnerships teams to align operational goals with business growth.
• Enhancing Gig Worker Experience: Develop and refine practices and SOPs to improve the customer life cycle and experience with 91United.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience in operations, product management, or business strategy is a plus.
• Ability to engage with gig workers, understand their challenges, and implement actionable solutions.
• Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
