Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Gurugram

presence across digital and offline channels that resonates with retailers and drives business growth.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine speed with strong creative thinking. This is not just
a design execution role — you will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across platforms.
The role requires working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where designs are expected to
not just look good, but drive engagement, conversions, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-impact creatives for social media (static + motion) aligned with ongoing campaigns
• Execute end-to-end offline assets (pamphlets, banners, inserts, etc.) from concept to final print-
ready files
• Create performance-driven digital assets: ads, WhatsApp creatives, newsletters, brochures, and
more
• Collaborate closely with marketing, category, and product teams to bring campaigns to life visually
• Design app creatives, landing pages, and basic wireframes/mockups for user journeys
• Handle image editing, enhancements, and quick turnarounds for day-to-day business needs
• Maintain and evolve Fairdeal’s visual identity across all touchpoints
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (startup / fast-paced environment preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,
InDesign)
• Working knowledge of AI-led design workflows (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney / similar tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and brand work
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to think concept-first, not just execution-first
• Strong attention to detail with speed and ownership mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
