Job Description
Hello Aspirants,
At Finnable we like to keep it uncomplicated, exciting and fast – well, that’s our brand promise to our customers also. We want to give them loans in under 3 minutes – UNCOMPLICATED AND FAST!
So who are we?
We are a fintech start-up. We are three founders and onto our 2nd innings. All three of us are ex-bankers. Nitin and Viraj are successful entrepreneurs. Their previous start-up was a cool analytics company, where they built the most innovative analytics products and hired the best brains. Amit is a seasoned banker with over 21 years of global retail banking experience. During this tenure with Standard Chartered, he held key positions like Country Head of Risk, Country Head of Retail Banking, and Head of Digital Banking for ASEAN and South Asia.
So here we are – building our next venture with even brighter brains this time.
Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India. We want to make easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees with the click of a few buttons.
We have outlined the job profile below.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (in any discipline)
- Basic English communication skills
- Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler
- These are a few must-haves if you want to enjoy this ride!
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for -
- Conduct verification visits for applicants’ residence and office addresses
- Daily visits will be assigned through the system
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of verification findings
What will you get?
Your compensation will be the best in the industry. After that how fast it grows, and how much it grows, is all dependent on your and the company's performance. The HR function at Finnable operates as a strategic function to support business, this role presents an immense opportunity to learn and grow.
The sky is the only limit, we would say!
You will be a perfect fit if –
- You are highly enthusiastic, ambitious and go out of your way to get things done
- You take complete ownership of your area of work and are extremely agile
- You have 0-3 years of experience in Personal Loans, Channel Partner management
Our promise is to provide you with the most stimulating and challenging environment and to make you a “force” in the financial services industry very quickly.
So be ready, don’t prepare yourself – there is nothing you can prepare for, our interview questions are not from a “how to get hired” book. Remember – UNCOMPLICATED AND FAST!
SEE YOU SOON.
