Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Rangareddy. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying financial needs, and offering tailored loan products. Key tasks include assessing customer creditworthiness, conducting client evaluations, monitoring loan disbursements, and ensuring timely collection of repayments. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and financial agreements.

• Knowledge of financial services, lending policies, and compliance regulations
• Ability to perform field activities, including client visits for onboarding and follow-ups
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance, preferably in the MSME sector
• Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Fluency in the local language and familiarity with the region is an added advantage
