Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer (Sales) located in Salem. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, handling finance-related inquiries, and driving sales. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
