Key Responsibilities

• 1. Branch Setup & Expansion
• i. Establish and operationalize the branch in the assigned city.
• ii. Identify office space, oversee setup, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• iii. Develop city-level growth strategy aligned with company vision.
• iv. operations to ne Expand arby cities in future phases.
• 2. Business Development
• i. Acquire HNI/UHNI clients and build a strong AUM base.
• ii. Drive revenue generation through wealth products.
• iii. Develop local referral networks (CAs, corporates, real estate players, etc.).
• iv. Meet and exceed branch revenue and AUM targets.
• 3. Team Building & Leadership
• i. Recruit, train, and manage Relationship Managers and support staff.
• ii. Develop a performance-driven culture.
• iii. Mentor team members for productivity and client servicing excellence.
• 4. Portfolio Advisory
• i. Provide holistic wealth solutions across:
• ii. Mutual Funds
• iii. PMS & AIF
• iv. Equity & Debt Products
• v. Insurance
• vi. Structured Products
• vii. Ensure superior client engagement and retention.
• 5. Branch P&L Ownership
• i. Drive profitability and cost optimization.
• ii. Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
• iii. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms

Qualifications G Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking.
• Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients in Nagpur / Hyderabad.
• Prior experience in branch handling or team management preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with expansion vision.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and independently manage operations..
