Sales Intern

Fiorawall is a design-first wallpaper brand creating wallpaper stories across the globe. We make affordable premium wallpaper with a Scandinavian eye, in non-woven, prepasted, and peel & stick options. Our customers range from homeowners and renters to interior designers, hotels, cafés, and retail spaces.

Were looking for a Sales Intern who loves design and enjoys talking to people. Youll be the friendly voice that helps customers find the right wallpaper for their space. Some want a bold mural for a café. Others need a renter-friendly peel & stick for a bedroom. Your job is to listen, guide, and help them buy with confidence.

This is a hands-on role. Youll work directly with the team, learn how a D2C brand sells globally, and see your impact in real orders.

• Reply to customer inquiries by email, chat, and social media
• Understand each customers space, style, and budget, then recommend the right designs
• Explain the difference between our wallpaper types and help customers choose the best fit
• Guide customers on sizing, sample orders, and installation basics
• Follow up with leads and customers who havent completed a purchase
• Reach out to interior designers, architects, and commercial spaces to build partnerships
• Work with clients in the US, UK, and Europe
• Track conversations and leads in our CRM or shared sheets
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and the website

• Currently enrolled at a university
• Strong written and spoken English
• A good eye for interiors and design
• Confident, warm, and clear when talking to customers
• Organised and reliable when working remotely
