Placement Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Training & Placement Intern to support our Training & Placement (T&P) team in building strong relationships with companies and helping students with placement opportunities.

• Assist the T&P team in coordinating placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.

• Identify and research potential companies for student placement opportunities.

• Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Maintain and regularly update company and recruiter databases.

• Coordinate with students regarding placement drives, interviews, schedules, and requirements.

• Collect and maintain student placement-related data and documentation.

• Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview schedules, and candidate feedback.

• Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, webinars, and career-related sessions.

• Maintain daily reports and provide regular updates to the T&P team.

• Support the team in achieving placement and corporate-connect targets.

  
  

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM, BBA, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making calls and communicating with HRs/recruiters.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Training & Placement, HR, or Corporate Relations.
