- Drive Cash and Trade business growth and profitability across the UAE corporate client portfolio
- Partner with coverage teams to identify, originate, and develop new Cash and Trade opportunities
- Structure complex cash management and trade finance solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead responses to RFPs and contribute technical expertise to win client mandates
- Design and implement bespoke open account solutions including supply chain finance and receivables finance
- Support CASA and liquidity growth through structured liabilities and cash solutions
- Proactively manage fraud, compliance, and transactional risks in all client solutions
- Promote digital adoption by onboarding clients onto electronic and digital banking channels
- Build and maintain a strong Cash and Trade sales pipeline with disciplined deal execution
- Contribute to quality credit proposals supporting trade facility structuring and risk management
- Ensure ancillary cash management business is retained within the bank
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service and client experience
- Maintain strong relationships across regional and cross-border networks to support international transactions
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet
- Monitor utilization of trade facilities and cross-sell non-credit trade products and services
- Support product innovation initiatives and rollout of new Cash and Trade solutions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of transaction banking experience with specialization in Cash Management and Trade Finance
- Strong expertise in payments, liquidity management, trade finance products, and digital banking channels
- Proven track record in client origination, relationship development, and revenue growth
- Strong client network within the UAE corporate banking market
- Deep understanding of operational processes and risks in cash and trade transactions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, performance-oriented professional able to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks
