Job Description
Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers
- Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests
- Process customer requests, including account openings, online banking requests, and other services
- Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking
- Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
- Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
- Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
- Respond to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
- Adhere to bank policies, processes, and procedures, both internal and external
