- Drive the Group technology cost savings program across assigned finance and technology areas.
- Work with key GTT stakeholders to identify, validate, track, and report cost saving opportunities.
- Lead monthly cost savings reporting and prepare presentations for GTT leadership.
- Validate savings calculations and ensure all workings are accurate, complete, and supported by evidence.
- Submit approved cost saves in Oracle and ensure entries are aligned with finance requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly savings MIS to Finance for review, tracking, and decision-making.
- Support the Finance team with budget clawback activities and related financial analysis.
- Develop and publish monthly finance dashboards for GTT leadership.
- Track business case benefits, resource cost movements, and financial outcomes across key initiatives.
- Respond to queries from business teams, Group Finance, and technology stakeholders.
- Create management information that provides useful insights into cost performance, savings delivery, and budget impact.
- Collect and monitor results of team initiatives and report progress against agreed deliverables.
- Prioritize team deliverables, key initiatives, reporting cycles, and finance governance activities.
- Promote creativity, innovation, and practical improvement within finance reporting and cost tracking processes.
- Resolve dependencies between associated functions to support timely completion of financial deliverables.
- Ensure finance processes, reports, and submissions comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry standards.
- Support the creation of effective practice frameworks, guidelines, process documentation, and reporting standards.
- Contribute to uplift in finance practices by improving visibility, consistency, and leadership reporting quality.
- 10+ years of finance experience, preferably within banking, financial services, technology finance, cost management, or business finance.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, cost savings tracking, budget management, MI reporting, and finance dashboards.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, MSBI, and finance reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to validate savings, explain variances, and present insights clearly.
- Practical experience creating process documentation, financial reports, business case tracking, and management presentations.
- Strong understanding of budget control, resource cost review, cost optimization, and benefits realization.
- Ability to work with technology, business, finance, and leadership stakeholders in a structured corporate environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence in preparing leadership-level reporting.
- Team player with team management capability and the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables.
