This is a full-time on-site role based in Ranchi for a Risk Management Specialist at First Demat. The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating financial, operational, or strategic risks within the organization. Daily responsibilities include assessing risk exposure, developing effective risk management strategies, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Communication and reporting of risk findings to stakeholders and leadership will also be essential aspects of the role.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to process data and interpret results to make informed decisions.
• Expertise in Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Analysis techniques and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Finance with a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments and markets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively to different stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in risk management or a related role is preferred.
