About the role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI services

Key Responsblities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business applications.
• Build and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Integrate AI services with web and mobile applications.
• Fine-tune AI models and improve performance.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Work with vector databases and embeddings.
• Monitor model performance and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Experience deploying AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
• Knowledge of computer vision or NLP.
• Experience building AI copilots and enterprise automation solutions.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or cloud platforms.
