Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the on-ground execution of store launches and hyperlocal go-to-market activations as the Area Captain - GTM at First Club. Your role will involve various tasks such as ensuring brand visibility, sampling, events, and merchandising are deployed as per the GTM strategy, building and managing local partnerships for customer acquisition, coordinating with different teams for executing hyperlocal campaigns, and acting as the on-ground point of contact for city/zone launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new area launches and plan for activation.
- Ensure brand visibility, sampling, events, and merchandising are deployed as per GTM strategy.
- Build and manage local vendor, society, and community partnerships to drive acquisition.
- Coordinate with marketing, ops, and design teams to execute hyperlocal campaigns (flyers, kiosks, banners, etc.).
- Act as the on-ground POC for city/zone launches, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Track and report launch KPIs: orders, new members, CAC, NPS, etc.
- Provide local market feedback and insights to optimize future GTM rollouts.
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in on-ground marketing, GTM execution, or city launches (preferably in Q-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or hyperlocal services).

- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to hustle, adapt, and think on your feet during live GTM rollouts.
