About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in software design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming expertise in .Net and Java, along with hands-on experience in modern software development practices, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and DevOps methodologies.

You will work as part of a dynamic engineering team to develop scalable, high-performance applications and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications Microsoft and Java technologies
• Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions
• Participate in software architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization
• Implement automated unit, integration, and regression tests
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives
• Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and code analysis platforms to improve productivity and code quality
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming skills in

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
• Proficiency with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
