Membership Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Fitclub is seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth and retention initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is passionate about health and wellness. Youll be responsible for driving new memberships, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every prospective member feels welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, in-person tours, and community outreach
• Conduct engaging tours of the facility, highlighting key programs and member benefits
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals for new memberships, upgrades, and renewals
• Build strong rapport with prospective and existing members
• Coordinate with marketing to implement sales campaigns and promotions
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Support front desk operations and contribute to a welcoming environment
• Track and report key performance metrics related to sales, conversion, and retention
• Attend local events and networking opportunities to promote FitClub

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness or service industries
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and confident in presenting
• Proficiency with CRM software or member management systems (preferred)
