Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Jammu. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming and attending to guests needs, providing exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Tasks include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations and travel arrangements, promoting hotel facilities and services, and maintaining detailed records of guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and promoting services
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing front-desk operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred
