About the job:
The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing activities to grow the brand and engage customers. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, building partnerships, and leading the marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience in senior marketing roles and a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Define measurable objectives and KPIs to track marketing effectiveness.
Brand Management & Positioning
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Strengthen the brand's presence in the UAE market and globally where applicable.
- Drive partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Management
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, PR, events).
- Guide creation of impactful content for web, social, and email marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies.
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Allocate resources strategically across channels and initiatives.
External Relationships & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and event organizers.
- Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and partnerships that drive business growth.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content strategy expertise.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience
- Senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar).
- Background in hospitality, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
- Proven success in multi-channel campaigns and brand visibility growth.
- Experience with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partnerships.
- Track record of managing budgets and achieving strong ROI.
