About the job:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and manage various tasks with professionalism and discretion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of prioritization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, and itineraries).

Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval

Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing,

and office supply management.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.

Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Monitor deadlines and provide timely reminders to ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to task completion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Must be based in the UAE
