We build ERP software exclusively for steel traders, pipe distributors, and metal stockyards across India. Our platform connects directly to weighbridges, syncs with Tally, and gives yard owners real-time visibility across all their operations — from challans to outstanding payments.

We have paying customers in Pune, Surat, and other cities. Now were expanding into Chhattisgarh — one of Indias most active steel trading belts — and we need someone on the ground who knows the loha mandi.
What youll do
- Visit steel traders, pipe dealers, and metal stockyards in Raipur, Bhilai, and nearby industrial areas — 8 to 10 businesses per day
- Build relationships at the local mandi before pitching — this is a trust-first sale
- Run live product demos showing how SteelERP prevents weighbridge fraud and eliminates manual reconciliation
- Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, demo, follow-up, close
- Work closely with the founding team on feedback from the market
What were looking for
- 0-4 years of field sales experience in the steel, industrial, or B2B software space
- Strong contacts in the Raipur / Bhilai / Durg steel trading community is a big plus
- Comfortable doing in-person visits daily — this is a field role, not a desk job
- Fluent in Hindi; basic comfort with smartphones and apps
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit targets without hand-holding
