About The Team
The Business Finance team partners with the business team to drive growth sustainably. The team drives efficiency in the investment being made to drive topline and customer metrics. Focus remains on improving category margins and minimizing financial risks by understanding the key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management (budget analysis, portfolio management and financial forecasting)
They support cross business units within Flipkart.

They support cross business units within Flipkart.
Key Accountabilities
- Leading the FP&A, Supply Chain (Store Ops and Last mile) and HO cost charter for wholesale BU of Flipkart.
- He/ She will have 2-3 reportees
- Designing and driving the overall AOP with corporate and business.
- Leading the monthly and weekly reviews for the BU with Corp FP&A and CFO.
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs to provide actionable insights and raising for timely course correction.
- Leading the store ops and last mile charter to drive cost efficiencies and partner in building sustainable sales.
- Owning and driving the key central projects with business teams.
- Leading the HO cost AOP with cross-functional teams.

- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial.
- Qualified CA and /or MBA
- Team Management, Commercial acumen, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Stakeholder management
