Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and target segments.
• Develop data-driven business plans and recommend strategies based on market analysis.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify business challenges, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze business performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and management insights to support decision-making.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations, and management teams to align business goals.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to strengthen market positioning.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans, project objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Track the implementation of business strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Support business forecasting, revenue planning, and growth strategy development.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a related business analysis position.
• Proven ability to analyze markets, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies accordingly.
• Experience preparing business reports, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
