Senior Executive - Procurement Engineer

Senior Executive Procurement Engineer, youlllead and optimize the procurement process for engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and supplier performance, while also managing contracts and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing:
• Identify, evaluate, and develop a strong supplier base, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Procurement Process Management:
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and addressing any issues promptly.
• Cost Reduction:
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives throughout the procurement process, while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Project Support:
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and services.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance data.
