HR Intern

Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules and feedback. You will also support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring the smooth preparation of documentation and induction programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records with a keen focus on data accuracy and confidentiality. Your role will also involve organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs, as well as assisting with performance management and feedback processes.

To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn will be key attributes for success in this position. Fluency in English is also required.
