Lead Frontend Engineer

The Frontend UI Lead Engineer is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role within the Cloud Platform Engineering organization, responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the user-facing layer of the enterprise Platform. This role sits at the intersection of Frontend Engineering, Full-Stack AI cloud native Application Development, and Platform Engineering — treating the Platform's UI, design system, and developer-facing consoles as an internal product used by engineers, data scientists, and business users across the enterprise. The Lead Engineer owns the frontend architecture for AI-native experiences (conversational UI, agentic workflows, RAG-powered chat, document intelligence consoles, self-service developer portals) and partners closely with backend/platform teams (Kubernetes/GKE, API Gateway, Vertex AI, Google ADK, agent orchestration) to deliver a cohesive, reusable, and secure full-stack AI experience delivered as a platform capability, not a one-off application.
