Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and implement retail marketing campaigns across key stores and regions.
• Event Planning & Management: Organize and execute in-store events, launches, and activations with attention to detail and ROI tracking.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign impact.
• Retail Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail realty partners to support marketing strategies.
• Sales Team Coordination: Align marketing initiatives with on-ground sales strategies to drive performance.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of retail marketing trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns relevant and innovative.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with both internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth execution of all marketing plans.
• Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
