Primary Title: Business Development Executive (Entry Level) On-site, India
About The Opportunity
Join a commercial team focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-moving FMCG/ingredients environment. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers eager to build a sales career, learn B2B selling fundamentals, and represent fragrance solutions to brands, retailers, and distributors across assigned territories.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, and field visits to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities for assigned accounts conduct product presentations, sample delivery coordination, and follow-ups to close orders.
  • Maintain and update CRM records daily to track opportunities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Support senior sales and technical teams with market feedback, competitive intel, and customer requirements to shape offers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, meetings, demos) and contribute to revenue targets for assigned geography.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely sample dispatch and order fulfilment for customers.
