About The Opportunity
A growing player in the fragrance and consumer goods sector, we create and distribute premium fragrance solutions and personal-care aromas for retail and B2B customers across India. This role is an on-site sales position focused on building new customer relationships, driving trial and closing orders in a fast-moving, product-led sales environment.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach to build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: present samples, prepare tailored quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in the CRM; follow up rapidly to accelerate conversions and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely sample dispatch, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct territory mapping, retail and distributor visits, and participate in trade events to expand market coverage.
  • Report weekly sales activity and forecasts to sales manager; suggest market feedback and product improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Open to freshers; internships or any customer-facing exposure is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently within assigned territory.
