Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for an Assistant Technical Manager. The role involves supporting technical operations, managing a team, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, and providing efficient technical solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing project management tasks to ensure efficient completion of objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, solve problems, and make informed decisions
• Experience in Team Management to lead, motivate, and organize effectively
• Expertise in providing Technical Support and addressing technical challenges
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and project initiatives
• Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in on-site environments
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a technical or managerial role is an advantage
