- 4) Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only
- Job Details
- Shift 1 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)
- Shift 2 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)
- Salary : ( Not negotiable)
- Compensation and Benefits
- 6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop
- 1yr & above 26k take home Per
- month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop
Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transactionEnsure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
