HR Business Partner - Tech/SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.
• Partner with leadership to address organizational development and culture initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to guide decision-making.
• Oversee performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Collaborate with L&D to identify training needs and develop career progression frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support leadership in driving change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in Tech/SaaS or internet-based companies.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior exposure to IT/Tech or SaaS-based organizations.
• Experience working with HRMS, ATS, and data-driven decision-making tools.
