Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment, with bonus points for experience hiring in the Manufacturing or FMCG sectors. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, playing a vital part in building high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various roles.

• Present qualified and well-matched profiles to hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality closures.

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best hiring practices.

• Update and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate and process data.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Mandatory experience in IT recruitment.

• Prior exposure to hiring for roles in Manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
