Keeping yourself updated on current events, cultural trends, and news in Marathi-speaking regions is essential to produce relevant and captivating content. Collaboration with editors, designers, and multimedia specialists will be necessary to develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive features. You must be able to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the quality and consistency of content.

Conducting interviews with stakeholders and experts to add depth and perspective to content is part of your responsibilities. Editing and proofreading content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines is crucial. Monitoring audience engagement and feedback will help you refine content strategies and optimize performance. Upholding ethical standards and principles of journalism while producing entertaining, informative, and inspiring content for Marathi-speaking audiences is paramount.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken Marathi, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a journalist or content writer, focusing on creative storytelling and content creation in Marathi.
• Strong research skills with the ability to generate original ideas and perspectives.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and the capability to engage and captivate audiences.
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
