What is the Branch responsible for

• To transform Aurangabad (Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) into a strong, self-sustaining FT franchise by owning all distribution channels, driving on-ground engagement, and building long-term brand equity.
  

What are the ongoing responsibilities of

• Own the market across IMFDs and National Distributors and drive AUM growth
• Build FT franchise through strong on-ground presence and engagement
• Deepen distributor relationships and increase share of wallet
• Drive structured sales execution including NFOs and campaigns
• Conduct Investor Awareness Programs and deliver impactful presentations
• Expand reach in adjacent markets and untapped areas
• Act as the face of FT and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Ensure governance, compliance, and CRM discipline
  

What are the Key Success Metrics

• AUM growth, net sales, SIP book
• Distributor base expansion
• Improved share of wallet
• Brand visibility and recall
• Consistency of flows
  

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful

• 8-15 years in Mutual Fund / BFSI sales
• Experience handling IMFDs and National Distributors
• NISM Series V-A certification (mandatory)
• NISM Series XIII certification (mandatory)
• Proven ability to build and scale markets
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Relationship building and influencing
• Market creation mindset
• Ownership and execution focus
