Job Description

Role Overview:
As an HRBP - Tech, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, you will be a strategic partner to the technology teams, driving the people agenda and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with tech leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, support talent management initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture. This role directly impacts employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness within the tech function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with tech leadership to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that support their achievement.

- Implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, to build a strong talent pipeline within the tech teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, informing HR strategies and interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring timely and effective feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top tech talent, contributing to a high-performing and innovative workforce.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining and leaving the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
