Job Title: Tech Product Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to own end-to-end product delivery, work closely with engineering and business teams, and build scalable, customer-centric products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product requirements, user stories, and backlog grooming
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time
- Drive sprint planning, reviews, and releases
- Analyze product performance using data and user feedback
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and roadmap
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management (tech/digital products)
- Strong understanding of APIs, system flows, and technical concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in fintech / consumer internet products
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mixpanel, AWS Quicksight , Figma etc.
