FreeCharge - Zonal HR Business Partner - Field Sales

Role Purpose

The Zonal HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with Sales leadership to drive business performance through effective people practices. The role is responsible for enabling a high performing, engaged, and compliant sales workforce across the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Zonal Sales leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Drive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary proceedings and investigations, and ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Lead the performance management process by coaching managers, driving performance reviews, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives through regular employee connects, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify capability gaps and facilitate training and leadership development interventions.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, headcount, and employee engagement to provide actionable insights to business leaders.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to implement people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering for large field sales teams.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, stakeholder management, HR analytics, and labor law compliance.
