Product Manager, CRM Integrations

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of integrations between Freshworks CRM and other leading business applications. Your work will directly impact the seamless flow of data and functionality across key business systems for our clients.

What you will do: You will work with engineering and other product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful launch and maintenance of our CRM integrations. This includes working closely with third-party vendors.

Key responsibility:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to build and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration.
• 
  Track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new integration opportunities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
