Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Manager with 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation. This role involves designing, planning, and executing test strategies for modern web products, building robust automation frameworks, and driving quality practices within agile product teams. The ideal candidate will also mentor and guide junior SDETs while being a strong advocate for testing and quality Responsibilities :

• 11+ years of experience in software testing, including test planning, execution, monitoring, defect tracking, and test reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation and framework development using tools like Cypress, Bruno, and Postman.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining test pipelines and reporting mechanisms across environments (Dev, Stage, Prod).
• Experience with Azure cloud services and components (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of performance benchmarking and execution plans for validating workflows.
• Proficiency in test design and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems (Git, Gitflow, etc.).
• Exposure to Agentic AI tools such as Claude, GPT, etc., for testing and automation use cases.
• Proficiency with popular unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior SDETs and lead quality initiatives.
