• - Drive financial & operational excellence by implementing best practices, systems, and continuous improvements.
• - Develop new techniques to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and optimize resource utilization.
• - Manage inventory effectively for smooth production cycles.
• - Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality material for customer satisfaction.
• - Build and maintain a positive work culture to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• - Support growth & expansion projects (Greenfield and Brownfield).

• - Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• - Strong in greenfield and brownfield expansion

Experience & Qualifications

• - 20+ years of overall experience.
• - At least 7-8 years as Plant Head.
• - Qualification: BE (Mechanical) + post-graduation.
