Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated CA Article to join our Investment Banking team. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure in financial advisory, valuation, transaction support, and fundraising assignments. This role offers practical experience in live deals, financial analysis, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Financial Models, Business Plans, and Pitch Decks.
• Support in Business Valuation assignments using appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, and industry research.
• Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum (IM), Teasers, and investor presentations.
• Work on due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams for deal execution.
• Perform market research and prepare sector-specific reports.
• Support in data analysis and preparation of MIS reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA Intermediate cleared (Both Groups cleared).
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Statements, and Corporate Finance concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Financial Modeling and Valuation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
