Role Summary

This position focuses on Investor Relations and Business Development with a strong emphasis on calling, communication, coordination, and relationship management. The role involves direct interaction with promoters, founders, and investors across the MSME and startup ecosystem.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a pipeline of promoters and investors
• Outbound communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Engage with MSMEs, startups, HNIs, PE and VC firms, family offices, and institutions
• Handle investor queries and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support fundraising and M&A processes through coordination and research
• Prepare factsheets, presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences
• Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or Marketing preferred
• 2 to 6 years of experience in calling, business development, investor relations, or sales roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
