Senior Executive Service

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Check the daily assigned Service Tickets, call customers, and plan service activities with proper route planning as per the defined SOP.

2.  Coordinate with Technicians (Furniture & Appliances category) to ensure timely completion of all scheduled service visits.

3.  Arrange the required spare parts for scheduled service activities from the internal warehouse team and hand them over to technicians on the day of the visit.

4.  Maintain accurate records of service tickets- Planned, Executed, Backlog, and Key performance indicators. Required Skills and Qualifications: -  -  -  -  Basic knowledge of Household Furniture & Appliances. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional Language. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
