Role Description The Social Media Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role involves assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, including writing captions, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts. The intern will support day-to-day community management by monitoring comments and messages, engaging with followers, and escalating inquiries when needed. Responsibilities include supporting campaign execution, conducting basic competitor and trend research, and helping track performance metrics to optimize content. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and contribute ideas for improving engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and their best practices.
• Comfort with using social media management or scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
