Life Insurance Sales Agent

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of Future Generali, building relationships with potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers. You are a key contributor to our sales growth.

What you will do: Prospect for new clients, conduct needs analysis, present and sell life insurance products, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain detailed records.

Key responsibility:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Build rapport and trust with clients.
• Present and sell life insurance products effectively.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
