Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of Future Generali, building relationships with clients and selling our life insurance products. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

What you will do: You'll identify potential clients, present our insurance plans, address their concerns, and close sales. You will also maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings to share best practices.

Key responsibility:

  • Prospect for new clients through networking and lead generation activities.
  • Present and explain life insurance policies, outlining benefits and features.
  • Handle client inquiries, address objections, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed client records and track sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets consistently.
  • Comply with all company regulations and ethical sales practices.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
