Motor Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for handling all aspects of motor insurance claims, from initial contact to final settlement, ensuring fairness, efficiency and compliance.

What you will do: Manage incoming calls, investigate accidents, assess damage, process payments and maintain records of claims handled.

Key responsibility:

• Handling inbound calls from customers reporting motor vehicle accidents.
• Investigating claims and gathering evidence, such as police reports and photos.
• Assessing the extent of damage to vehicles and determining liability.
• Processing claim payments and ensuring timely settlement.
• Maintaining accurate records of all claims handled.
• Liaising with repair shops and other third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of motor insurance claims procedures (preferred).
